Carolyn is a Youth Organizer for CPA’s Youth Movement of Justice and Organizing (Youth MOJO) program, a program focused on youth activism through political education, community building, and youth-led campaigns. Carolyn is a proud Vietnamese American womxn from Anaheim, CA and a child of refugees. She graduated Class of 2017 at UC Berkeley with a degree in Cognitive Science and a double minor in Asian American Studies and Disability Studies. Before CPA, Carolyn was the former Executive Director of both bridges Multicultural Resource Center and REACH!, the Asian Pacific Islander Recruitment and Retention Center where she organized with fellow students of color, notably the #Fight4SpacesofColor campaign. Carolyn was part of the 2016 Seeding Change Fellowship Program. In her free time, she enjoys eating noodles, hanging out with loved ones, and watching hours of Netflix.
